I went inside, went right over to their table and leaned over and gave one of them a piece of my mind—and shoved his plate of food onto his lap. Then all hell broke loose after he said whatever he said, as I dove onto the table, arms were flailing, food, plates, silverware were airborne, and I was rolling around on the ground with one of them, maybe two, I don’t know—it was a melee. ketchup, mustard, the girl trying to get me on my feet, another guy was trying to cool my jets, which I appreciated, actually. The police showed up, naturally, and I was arrested for assault, plates are a deadly weapon. The charges were dropped that same night because they were embarrassed of how it started, I suppose, and I went back to my apartment, where the girl was on my bed all cried out. I had to apologize to her, it was bad—shouldn’t have happened.

I am a fighter. I will take on a fight if it is there and I believe I am on the good guys’ side.

That was 2007. (I am trying to cover all the bases that Bruce Silverstein has tried to use to discredit me or turn attention away from himself—this is not exactly how I’d set about to write an autobiography—I want to be accurate, unlike him—jerk. PS he uses the “Scott Bryson” account to do the nasty stuff)

Meanwhile, Bruce Silverstein has, since at least 2018, been having conversations with himself under the name Scott Bryson—and a SLEW of other names, about 17 to be exact. I have logged them. I won’t give away all the evidence, but the main way I figured it out was his aggressive lawyer jargon and certain words, phrases, or syntax that all the accounts use. Like, “THE PCH” which no local in SoCal says, but Bruce Silverstein says it. It’s just PCH. Take PCH instead of the 405. I really took him to task a couple weeks ago about that. If you see anyone write, as of late, “THE" PCH it is at Bruce Silverstein’s desperate request, to make it appear like it is said sometimes. The implications are legal, so that he can try to say he is not Scott Bryson or any of the others that defend or promote his interests. He has had people, (Sam Hall Kaplan) make posts that say "the" PCH that I've caught. I've never seen that in my life growing up in Southern California until I was in an exchange with "Scott Bryson" (Bruce Silverstein) and was railing on him about how THAT is how I will nail him in court for being Bruce Silverstein. Pathetic. Now he is having people post "the PCH" to establish it as something people say, to undermine the evidence. It’s like when someone says Wilsh-eye-er for Wilshire. No, people do not speak like that, unless they're from Delaware. That is the only piece of such evidence I’ll give away, for that reason. Just notice to yourself when someone steps up, seemingly out of nowhere, to defend or really gush about him in a post or comment. It's someone he scripted a comment to post, or he himself. Do a search for Scott Bryson in Malibu Locals. Hurry, because when he sees this, he’ll go delete all Scott Bryson interactions with himself. Don’t worry, I saved them. Back to 2018. In the cloud—

My conversation with him below was August 26, 2020.

October 1, 2020 exchange I had with Silverstein as Bryson, and how he is actually "Scott Bryson" saying "the" PCH. I have days of examples of that—he didn't realize it was all recorded. He demanded the poor girl who runs Malibu Town Talk take it down afterwards. He paid for a banner ad in that Facebook group.

Back to fighting: One day at Barney’s Beanery ten years ago, I drank a LOT… I mean, Irish car-bombs, So Co rocks, that blue drink that has everything in it... My friend and I walked down 4th street to my singer/ex-girlfriend’s apartment, where I was calling her name from outside. Her neighbor came out and got in my face about making a racket, and I was not having any of this man’s aggressive posture. I yelled back and I shoved him. I don’t think he needed to go down, but he did...

I’d like to say I helped him back up and apologized, but I did not. I just walked with my friend up the street to Tommy’s burger (Lincoln/Pico) and got food. The police showed up, with the gentleman who pointed us out. We got arrested; him for a drinking-related offense, and me for the Definitely wrong action I took, and the whole case was later expunged. That means, the court set aside what was a misdemeanor for me, and it was dismissed. Someone went through the government channels to get the information that was dismissed by the court and they will go to jail when you raise your hand, Bruce Silverstein. It was not a public record and you used the judicial system to fool people.

"Scott Bryson" said to a group of 898 people that I was convicted. "Twice." It is a false and clearly libelous thing to say—and I have never met him in person, nor told him or anyone about the case.

He (Bruce Silverstein) has witnessed my mother walking in and out of her home, where I have my mailing address, which is from doxxing—Now it has taken on a far greater threat—he has people watching me and I have to be concerned for my well-being, as well as my mother.

If a person actually hurts someone, and it's really bad, then the court does not dismiss a misdemeanor—they jail people and its a felony. It is a foreign thing to me as I am one who fights felony criminals.

He tries to dismiss the evidence against his misdeeds by saying I am a Republican. It's a sad commentary if that actually works. FYI—

I voted for Gore, Kerry, Obama, Obama, missed it, voting republicans across the board this time. It’s a recalibration of our political spectrum to realign. The Left should be called liberal; not communist or tyrannical, which it is. I am an American patriot, that is pretty well-known. It is an interesting thing to find out Bruce Silverstein is a Republican posing as a Democrat—whatever will get the votes—he is not principled.

I am not the only one who sees what this guy is about, but I am the only one who says it. I hope Malibu will not go up the creek with him.

Then, I came across the whole emeralds, sunken treasure saga Bruce Silverstein Avoids Sanctions in Emerald Case—

Patch hosted my honest and well-cited articles, in which I disclosed my findings and linked to the American Bar Association Journal, Harper's Magazine, 60 Minutes—and any publication who reported the information I relayed... Then Silverstein got them on the phone, perhaps the payroll and the threaten-you-with-legal-action-if-you-don't-remove-his-article list. So you can see the Patch article here. He is having people, like this other candidate, post in a locals group using the new term, invented by Bruce Silverstein, "the" PCH so as to try to legitimize it—to plant evidence that it is a thing that is said by other people too... that's where he got it.

Silverstein anticipates the court appearance in which I present it as evidence that Bruce Silverstein is Scott Bryson—because I told him that a lawsuit is pending for the defamatory comments (made by "Scott Bryson"). You will not find any instance of a post or published article, especially, before this year, in which the term "the" PCH is used. That is when I first became aware of Bruce Silverstein, whom I have never met or spoken with. Every exchange I have ever had with him has been captured, except the very first one, on May 25th. He was complaining about the people on PCH with American flags. He said that someone should get a photo of them, "it would be helpful to know who these people are." I called him out by asking if it was so he could ostracize Memorial Day patriots.

Someone should ask Lance Simmons how much he was paid by Silverstein to write "the" PCH in his posted comment now.

He might have an opportunity to earn more money to "remain silent about the the PCH issue" or even lie about it—

I imagine Lance Simmons already had the above graphic where he references PCH; how everyone in SoCal references PCH.

Silverstein saw an opportunity. Silverstein cajoled a post where he writes, "the" PCH. EVERYone talks about PCH—not "the"

and ANYone who tries to say otherwise is prompted by, or written directly by, one Bruce Silverstein. You can buy FB accounts and post anything.

SIDE NOTE—During the infamous emeralds case Silverstein was personally invested in, the emeralds were tested by the lab which showed the modern epoxies on them, used to enhance appearance. The lab results were not shown to the court at first, as Silverstein said in an email to the others involved, "We need to remain silent about the enhancement issue."

Those lab results are what informed the Federal Court that it was a fraud. It was Silverstein who wanted the fraud.

The rest is a tale I'll briefly outline now: the sunken treasure of emeralds were "discovered" in 2010 by a man named Jay. I believe Jay was killed in a suicide, before he could testify to Silverstein's involvement and the full truth of the fraud. A few months after his death, a witness came forward and testified the emeralds were actually purchased from his store for $80k. That sealed the deal, that it was a scheme—Jay made the purchase. The personal investment I found out was made by Silverstein? $80k. Silverstein escaped investigation by maintaining "[he] had never met or even heard of Jay ... until... 2011." I found an article from a local Key West, Florida newspaper that makes a couple mentions of Silverstein settling a lawsuit for Jay as his lawyer in 2010 in Delaware. That is Federal Perjury, with MASSIVE implications to the fraud on a Federal Court—and perhaps the death of Jay himself. If a lawyer is disbarred, which a perjury will invariably do, it's all over. Not to mention being complicit with "civil or criminal liability" as the judge said.

He says I live on "the" PCH in a Jeep. He saw it in a video I made where I talk about the Izzy's Deli melee. It's a music video:

The Fires Fraud

The appeal was denied in June of this year in case you did not know... He admitted to being complicit in the unethical arrangement with that law firm, Quinn Emanuel, in the transcript of that Malibu Times interview.

The real question is (I'd not bother asking him), since he has been personally involved with a massive fraud case, and has been dishonest and not forthright with federal court about that, and other things of consequence: What monetary compensation has/had he received from the law firm of his choosing, to have represent so many clients? Quinn Emanuel is the firm to inquire about that with, via a lawyer. It should be plain to see it was not out of pure goodness—He is about protecting himself, so he says everyone else (the victims) were in on the cheating. They knew—

Silverstein may try to discourage anyone from suing him by saying you'll get sued if he is sued, because you were part of the same group; that he was not acting as anything different than a member of the group. The truth is, he was an outsider—not a fire victim. Again, it's a court that is in the best position to compell the truth about whether he was into making money by providing massive business to Quinn Emanuel—

It STILL will be a challenge in court—Don't expect to get to the bottom of it with him in an email or phone call—He has lied in federal court

Here is the lie Silverstein told in a Federal affidavit, that saved him from being investigated about his involvement in the emerald fraud from the start (2010). He wrote that he never met or even heard of Jay Miscovich, the main actor, until January 2011. Evidence he knew "Jay" Miscovich in 2010:

Silverstein did not disclose his personal investment to the court in the initial proceedings asserting the admiralty claim by the schemers he was invested with, whom he sent his son to live with, whom he formed the emeralds LLC for/with—

2012: The year Bruce Silverstein committed Federal Perjury (Federal Court is blind to still). That was a year before Jay Miscovich died, so he could not testify to the truth… the whole endeavor Silverstein was personally invested in was deemed to be a fraud, when, to everyone’s shock, after Miscovich’s death, a witness came forward and testified that the “sunken treasure” emeralds that Silverstein was invested in for $80,000, were actually purchased from him in a store for…

$80,000.

I have been in phone contact with the FBI.

The MO for Silverstein... "remain silent." He has the right to—

The court never knew Silverstein was around for the emeralds “discovery.” Now, when the FBI does their investigation, they can prosecute.

I remember what the blue drink was called... AMF——

I believe Silverstein intends to win by any means necessary—and that doesn’t include being voted in by the Malibu electorate.

Just as he has gone through great lengths to prevent the electorate from finding out this information about his character, background, and the fire fraud currently, by paying and threatening people; by posing as other people; buying an election is a natural next step.

IT IS VERY LIKELY BRUCE SILVERSTEIN WILL PAY FOR AN ELECTION WIN—

I was an all-star baseball player in Little League (lead-off hitter, shortstop, fastest runner in any group, always), and always a good artist. My mom is an impressionist, very talented. I was basically tasked with creating new workflows for the emerging configurations at the time—iTunes downloads (e-albums, e-singles, ringtones etc.) dealing with a lot of metadata and cover art; “iTunes needs these digital assets delivered now for the street date in two weeks! Lady Gaga has an issue about the cellulite showing on her cover art! Okay! I’ll deliver the assets now and replace the cover art with an instant upload before street date!” I said. Things like that…

I had my own independent music thing called Neosonic, which was with a female singer, my next door neighbor in college who came to live with my family back in L.A., where she finished up her classes at SMC. It was like No Doubt meets electronic music. We played shows at The Whisky, The Viper Room, The Galaxy Theater in OC, and some places in NorCal/Reno. Recorded a couple EP CDs and that’s how I taught myself to write and record on DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro X) and mix and then edit our videos. All DIY. We’d work hard and play hard… Drinks at Q’s and Barney’s Beanery; places around 3rd st. in Santa Monica. I lived on 5th.
